Résumé This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on biocomponents and liquid biofuels. In particular the present Act sets out rules for performing business activities concerning intra-Community acquisition or import of biocomponents (supplemented Sec. 2a), procedure for the certification of satisfying by biocomponents criteria of sustainable development (supplemented Sec. 4a), rules for performing business activities concerning authorization for the use of recognized certification system and for performing business activities in the field of certification (supplemented Sec. 4b). Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions for the purposes of the certification described in Sec. 4a is calculated in accordance with the principles set out in the Annex.
