Résumé: Le Comité d’étude des produits chimiques,

Rappelant l’article 5 de la Convention de Rotterdam sur la procédure de consentement préalable en connaissance de cause applicable à certains produits chimiques et pesticides dangereux qui font l’objet d’un commerce international,

Rappelant également sa conclusion, adoptée à sa première réunion, que la notification de mesure de réglementation finale concernant le bromure de méthyle soumise par les Pays-Bas satisfaisait aux critères de l’Annexe II de la Convention ,
