The Department, as indicated in the principal regulations is replaced by the Directorate. Regulations 4 and 6 of the principal regulations are deleted. Regulation 5 is substituted so as to add an obligation, resting on professional operators and non professional final users introducing vine propagation material from another EU Member State, to declare the introduction of such material through dedicated systems and forms and within a given time. Regulations 5 and 6 of the principal regulations are deleted while Schedule I annexed to the principal regulation, on the conditions relating to the growing crop, is substituted by the texts that are enclosed. Schedule I to the principal regulations shall be substituted by a new schedule enclosed.
