Resumen The aim of this Notification is to ensure that fruit juices and certain similar products are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. It further sets forth the product features and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales. This Notification is drafted in accordance with the EU Council Directive 2001/112/EC of 20 December 2001 relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption.
