Entry into force notes
This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
Resumen

This Act is enacted further to policy of the government for simplifying, updating and harmonising similar and related provisions of lands laws. The Act provides amendments on some parts of the Commonwealth Act No. 141 including Section 44 with regard to right for agricultural free patent; Section 45 with regard to the process on application for agricultural free patent; and Section 48 with regard to application for issuance of a certificate of title to land. Article 7 of the text provides for the proof that the land is part of alienable and disposable agricultural lands of the public domain. The text further provides for the penalties and general provisions. The Act is designed in 13 Sections.
