New articles are inserted on, among other things: the requirement of a sustainability audit report to be provided to the Authority in respect of the information submitted by the operator of a generating station in accordance with article 54(3)(c) (biomass); the process and preconditions for preliminary accreditation and accreditation of generating stations; the procedure for the registration of additional capacity at an accredited generating station.
