Resumen

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down some amendments to the Regulation on the marketing of cereal seed. In particular, the present Regulation amends provisions concerning treatment of cereal seed. The seed can be treated only with plant protection products registered for seed treatment in at least one of the Member States of the European Union. Each pack of treated seed must be marked with a label stating the name of the active substance which contains plant protection products, amount of dose of plant protection product to be used per seed unit or per weight of seed and the warning specified in art. 2. Additionally, the protective equipment must be specified if prescribed in the registration of the given plant protection product.
