Entry into force notes: This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen: This Regulation prescribes the exact manner of making and approving of the content of management plan for forest basic material facilities listed as "qualified" and "tested", and the conditions to be fulfilled by legal persons in relation to their product on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
