Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, excluding the articles 1-8 and 15 which shall enter into force on 1 June 2018.

Resumen

This Regulation provides: the design and technical characteristics, the manner of use, the purpose and the target for various types of grid fishing nets used for commercial fisheries; the spatial and temporal limitations as regards the use of fishing nets; and several conditions and rules on the issuance and registration of the related fishing licenses, including the list of necessary criteria to be respected.
