Resumen This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning establishes parts of nature identified as valuable natural features of national and natural assets of local significance and provides detailed protection and development policy and other mandatory rules of conduct for their protection. These provisions do not apply to minerals and fossils. This Regultion is composed of 12 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Identification and classification of valuable natural features (Sec. 2); Protection of valuable natural features (Sec. 3); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 4). Annex 1 contains the list of valuable natural featues of national and local importance and includes the following information: identification number, name of natural feature, classification of the natural asset of national or local importance, and geographical location.
