Resumen This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 16 paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) detailed scope of the collection of data on agricultural market; (2) the way of indicating entrepreneurs obliged to provide this information; (3) the form and deadlines of submitting market data. The scope of data collection includes: quantity of marketing and prices of purchase, sale, market, marketplace, wholesale, producers and importers. The scope of the information to be provided and collected depends on the products concerned, such as: beef, veal, pork, cereals, poultry, eggs, mutton, sugar, fodder, milk, fruits, vegetables, flowers, oil plants, hop, tobacco, flax and hemp fiber. The Annex specifies agricultural foodstuffs included in individual markets and detailed scope of market data collected for these foodstuffs.
