Entry into force notes
The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Resumen

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of three paragraphs and 18 Annexes. Documentation relating to fighting against infectious diseases of animals should be kept clearly in the form of: book of notifications of infectious diseases of animals (specified in Annex 1); report on testing animals (Annex 2); report on dissection of animals (Annex 3); report on dissection of poultry (Annex 4); report of dissection of fish (Annex 5); note attached to samples sent for laboratory tests (Annex 6); report on current situation in the area of the disease (Annex 7); results of tests relating to bovine tuberculosis (Annex 8).
