Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions, criteria and method of granting the state aid under the support program for the conservation and regeneration of marine biodiversity and marine ecosystems and for remuneration schemes in the framework of sustainable fishing activities, in this particular case strictly regarding the compensation for damages caused by molluscs; that are also in accordance with the provisions of the Commission Regulation (EU) ) no. 1388/2014 of 16 December 2014 on the assessment of certain categories of aid to undertakings engaged in the production, processing and placing on the market of fishery and aquaculture products compatible with the internal market, pursuant to articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
