Entry into force notes

1 January 2001. Articles 7-8 on registering and article 44 on withdrawal of registration shall enter into force 1 July 2001. Article 9 related to inspection and article 14 related to labeling and documentation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002.

Resumen

The purpose of this Regulation is to prevent the introduction and spread of pests and control which may outbreak in Norway and safeguard the production and sale of plants of best possible health and satisfactory quality. The plants which are listed herein are listed in Appendices 1 and 2.
