The Regulation enters into force 7 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Resumen

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: the list of plants, plant products or objects of which identity or sanitary conditions can by controlled in the place confirmed by the Main Inspector of Plants Protection; conditions which have to be fulfilled by the places above-mentioned; detailed way of carrying out border sanitary control of plants, plant products or objects; requirements which have to be fulfilled by a dispatch of plants, plant products or objects, so that there is no danger of spreading harmful organisms.
