This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation determines the competent authorities for the management and control of the implementation of the operational program for fisheries, as defined in the article 5 of the Law on marine fisheries (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 81/2013).
