This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Resumen

This Regulation amends articles 5, 7, 11, 14, 15 of the Regulation on the processing, controlling, audit, import and export of the genetically modified organisms and the products of genetically modified organisms for food and feed of 26 October 2009. The amended articles concern production of GMO containing products contrary to the provisions of the Regulation, election of experts, farm feeds containing GMO and reports of analysis requested from the importing companies. The Regulation further repeals articles 6 and 8 of the above mentioned Regulation and encloses a provisional clause.
