This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 23 September 2021).
Resumen

This Regulation amends and adds certain provisions to the Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of the bacterium pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae takikawa, serizawa, ichikawa, tsuyumu & goto (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 75/2018). Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (introduction of relevant plant species) and article 4 (transport and movement of such plants); articles 6 and 7 are now cancelled. This text also transposes the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/885 of 26 June 2020 as regards measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae Takikawa, Serizawa, Ichikawa, Tsuyumu & Goto.
