Resumen

This Order amends the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 by omitting Part 7A (management zones for plant health purposes which was inserted by S.R. 2008 No. 442), item 1a of Schedule 1 (plant pests known to occur in the European Community) and head (xiiiA) of 44(1)(a) (offences). The purpose of these amendments is to remove the provisions in the principal Order in relation to the organism Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte.
