Resumen

The present Law implements article 28 of the Hunting Law of 5 February 1979 (GVBl p. 23). Article 2 establishes that the feeding of hoofed game by means of special bait is authorized only in case of special climatic conditions or natural disasters. Moreover, it is subject to an authorization by the regional hunting authority in accordance with the competent local authority. Article 3 lists the substances authorized to be used as special feedstuff for hoofed game. The text consists of 6 articles.
