Resumen This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 12 articles and two Annexes, lays down requirements for the marketing of propagating material of ornamental plants and establishes: (a) genera and species of ornamental plants; (b) requirements for the characteristics of propagating material of ornamental plants; (c) requirements for the production of propagating material; (d) details on keeping the lists of suppliers of varieties; (e) conditions for the marketing of propagating material; (f) conditions for the import of propagating material; (g) details of the packaging and labeling of the packaging of propagating material; (h) control of requirements specified in this Ordinance. For the purposes of this Ordinance ornamental plant is defined as the plant intended for ornamental purposes.
