Entry into force notes

This Ordinance enters into force on 31 December 2010.

Resumen

This Government Ordinance establishes conditions for registration of a variety for conservation and vereity for growing under particular conditions, and amends provisions relating to seed verification, seed testing and restrictions for cultivation of vegetable seed varieties for conservation.
