Resumen This Order, based on the provisions of the Croatian Veterinary Law and Law on hunting, due to the extraordinary circumstances arising as a result of the war in Ukraine, as an exception to the provisions of article 32 (paragraph 1, sub-paragraph a) of Regulation (EU) No 576/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 on the non-commercial movement of pet animals and repealing Regulation (EC) No 998/2003, the non-commercial movement of pets accompanied by their owners, displaced persons from Ukraine, which do not comply with the conditions from articles 6, 9, 10 and 14 of the above mentioned European Regulation, is approved, without previously issued approvals on the non-commercial movement of pets from Ukraine on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. This extraordinary approval applies exclusively to pets that, accompanied by their owner as displaced persons from Ukraine, are arrived on the territory of the Republic of Croatia via other member states of the European Union.
