Entry into force notes

23 August 2014. This Order shall continue to apply in relation to previously issued commitments and for appeals against decisions taken under Order No. 307 of 29 March 2012.

Resumen

The Order applies to the administrative operation of local action groups – as institution partnership between local authorities, organizations, associations, businesses and citizens – with the purpose of aiming to a local development strategy of rural land development. The existing local action groups shall manage the development program for the period 2014-2020. The Ministry of Housing, Urban and Rural Affairs shall grant subsidies to local action groups to cover expenditures related to their administrative and coordination tasks.
