Resumen This Order applies to manufacturers, their authorized representatives, importers, distributors, owners, operators, notified bodies and other required under the Appendix 1 directives with regard to the arrangement of transportable pressure equipment on offshore installations. It lays down detailed rules on transportable pressure equipment to enhance safety and ensure the equipment free movement within the Union. This Order implements parts of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2010/35/EU on transportable pressure equipment. The Directive is adopted as Appendix 1 to this Document. The Danish Energy Agency shall appoint notified bodies established in Denmark and accredited by DANAK (The Danish Accreditation and Metrology Fund - a Service Company handling the administration of accreditation of laboratories, certification bodies and inspection bodies in Denmark). For transportable pressure equipment placed or made available on the market before the entry into force of this Order, shall adhere to previous/currently valid regulations.
