Resumen

This Order distributes total allowable catches of aquatic biological resources in the Western Fishery Basin, as well as quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources presented to the Russian Federation in areas covered by international treaties of the Russian Federation on fisheries and the conservation of aquatic biological resources, as regards types of quotas for their extraction (catch) for 2021: (a) quota for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources for research and control purposes in accordance with the Annex № 1; (b) quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Russian Federation for foreign states, established in accordance with the international agreements of the Russian Federation in the sphere of fishery and conservation of aquatic biological resources according to the Annex № 2; (c) quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources in internal sea territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation for industrial fisheries and (or) coastal fisheries in accordance with Annex № 3; and (d) quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources allocated to the Russian Federation in the fishing areas covered by international treaties of the Russian Federation in the field of fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources for industrial fishing and (or) coastal fishing, according to Annex 4.
