Resumen This Order, consisting of 3 articles and 3 Annexes, specifies the information that must accompany the environmental procedures of LUA regime, approved by Decree-Law No. 75/2015 of 11 May, for industrial and similar industrial activities, in particular waste management operations and thermoelectric plants, with the exception of solar power plants. The instructive elements of licensing or authorization requests submitted under LUA regime are organized as follows: a) Mandatory modules I to IX, in Annex I of this Order; b) Modules X to XV, specific of each environmental regime, set out in Annex II. Annex III lays down an indicative list of associated parameters and pollutants for every substance to be examined in each case, taking into account the characteristics of the project.
