This Order enters into force on the day after its publication.

Resumen

This Order amends the Regulation for trawlnet fishing. Amended articles establishes prohibited fishing areas and fishing gear, as well as new requirements to be satisfied in order to perform trawlnet fishing activity within specified areas and seasons. It defines different types of trawling fishing gear (boat dredge; bottom trawl; demersal trawl; pelagic trawl, etc.) and specifies minimum mesh to be used for any fishing gear; maximum extension, restrictions, etc. as well as prohibited fishing seasons and authorized harbours to be used to land fishing products.
