Resumen

This Order amends the footnote of Order No. 330, in particular its provisions implementing parts of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2009/147/EC of 30 November 2009 on the conservation of wild birds (Birds Directive), Official Journal 2010, L 20, p 7, and parts of Council Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora (EC Habitats Directive), Official Journal 1992 L 206, p 7, as last amended by Council Directive 2013/17/EU of 13 May 2013, Official Journal 2013 L 158, p 193.
