1 January 2015. Provisions repealed by article 1, numbers 7, 9 shall continue to apply the administration of subsidy payments received prior to 1 January 2015.

Resumen

Order No. 370 aims to maintaining wetlands in order to improve water environment and nature by reducing the nitrogen and phosphorus loads, as required by the national water plans, and by maintaining natural water level conditions to maintain and improve conservation of habitats and species in especially designated Natura2000 areas. This Order partly amends it, in particular with regard to the submission of request for subsidy through specific forms. Taxation, VAT and income statements relating to the years of commitment as payment of subsidies shall be retained by the commitment holder for at least 5 years from the date of payment of subsidy. Articles 20-26 are repealed. Chapter 6a is added and provides regulations regarding the reduction of financial assistance under Article 35 of Regulation (EU) no. 640/2014.
