They also, among other things: exclude the application of the Regulations in relation to offshore petroleum activities in Welsh controlled waters from the low water mark out to three nautical miles from the baseline of the territorial sea; and amend provisions relating to conditions of permits so as to provide for measures to limit damages to the environment.
