Entry into force notes
The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Resumen

The aim of this Notification is to classify the pharmacologically active substances of veterinary medicines in food of meat origin and to determine their maximum residue limits to ensure and maintain food safety. This Notification is prepared in accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive No. 470/2009/EC on expenditure in veterinary field and Commission Regulation No. 37/2010/EEC on pharmacologically active substances and their classification regarding maximum residue limits in food of animal origin.
