It also covers provisions on the rules and procedures of packaging, labelling, marking, sampling and analysis of dietary foods for special medical purposes. The Notification consists 17 articles and an annex. This Notification is drafted in accordance with the European Commission Directive 1999/21/EC on dietary foods for special medical purposes.
