Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Resumen

The Decree approves the amendment of the Supreme Chemistry Council’s Decision No. 38/2002 in compliance with Council Directive 2002/86/EC by replacing Part II as follows: "trade in products that are in conformity with Decision No. 38/2002 shall be authorized as from 1 January 2003. It shall be prohibited, with effect from 1 July 2003, trade in products which are not in conformity with the same Decision. However, products which are not in conformity with this Decision and were labelled before 1 July 2003, shall be authorized until selling out".
