Resumen The Decree approves the amendment of the Supreme Chemistry Council’s Decision No. 38/2002 in compliance with Council Directive 2002/86/EC by replacing Part II as follows: "trade in products that are in conformity with Decision No. 38/2002 shall be authorized as from 1 January 2003. It shall be prohibited, with effect from 1 July 2003, trade in products which are not in conformity with the same Decision. However, products which are not in conformity with this Decision and were labelled before 1 July 2003, shall be authorized until selling out".
