The Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Resumen

The Decree approves the Supreme Chemical Council of the State Decision by which the Annex to article 36 of the Food Code, dealing with purity criteria on food additives other than colours and sweeteners, is amended as regards the text concerning E 472c citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/129/EC amending and correcting Directive 96/77/EC laying down specific purity criteria on food additives other than colours and sweeteners.
