Resumen This Decree approves the modification of article 83 of the Food Code made by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which section (b), paragraph 10 is amended, in order to replace provisions regarding minced cheese: minced cheese should, as for the humidity level and the remaining elements, fulfill the terms that apply for the corresponding types of hard cheese.
