Entry into force notes
The Decree shall enter into force as from 1 April 2004.
Resumen

With this Decree, Annexes II, III, IV and V to Presidential Order No. 365/2002 are amended in accordance with the provisions of article 2 to the present Decree, as regards the harmful organism Erwinia amylovora (Burr.) Winsl. et al. In addition, article 3 to this Decree amends Annex I (paragraphs 21 and 32) to Ministerial Decree No. 97097/2003.
