To these ends the keeping of fishing equipment previously authorized, both in case of registration of the fishing vessel in a different maritime district and in case of engagement in a different type of commercial fishing, is subject to the granting of an authorization by the appropriate Department of the Ministry for Agricultural Policies upon application of the person concerned.
