The Legislative Decree entered into force on 28 March 2013.

Resumen

This Legislative Decree sets out the penalties applicable at the national level in case of infringement of Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which lays down porvisions to contain, prevent and reduce emissions of the fluorinated greenhouse gases covered by the Kyoto Protocol.
