Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Law prescribes various provisions and requirements aimed to regulate the following: maintenance and protection of agricultural land (on the territory of the Croatian Republic); agricultural land use and related administrative and technical standards and rules; change of use of agricultural land and compensation; the disposal of agricultural land owned by the Croatian Republic, (state-owned land); powers and duties of the Land Fund and of the Agricultural Land Agency; other specific administrative, inspection and penalty provisions.
