Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force on 1 July 2018.

Resumen

Article 28 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In accordance with the procedure established by the Government or the institution authorized by it, the municipality submits to the Department of Environment information on the implementation of the tasks specified in the laws and other legal acts for the municipalities and the state strategic waste management plan in the field of waste management.”
