Resumen This Law, consisting of 29 articles regulates State Forest and Protected areas. establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to protect and preserve the wildlife and environmental sectors. It specifies hunting, fishing and other restrictions in order to protect fauna and flora within these protected areas. In addition, it establishes that in the State parks and forests will be areas for the establishment of Biological Research Stations, maintained by state or municipal entities. State parks will maintain primordial condition, in which any activity with the purpose of modifying the primitive aspect of the region are prohibited, excepting accessing through pedestrian paths. In State parks may be granted concessions to individuals or legal entities for the operation and construction of hotels, camps, colleges, clubs, natural science areas, tourists, restaurants, museums and similar infrastructures.
