Law No. 18.440 establishing the State Policy for Young Entrepreneurship in the State of Pernambuco.

This Law establishes the State Policy for Young Entrepreneurship in the State of Pernambuco. The State Policy has the following objectives: develop strategies aimed at strengthening and developing actions for young entrepreneurs in Pernambuco; promote actions to consolidate youth entrepreneurship in the most varied areas of employment and management, such as: cultural, artistic, gastronomic, tourist, educational, civil construction, commerce, among others; create the normative bases for the constitution of a State Network for Micro and Small Young Entrepreneurs, in order to enable the exchange of experiences and ideas, development of supportive businesses for the economic strengthening of these segments; encourage the holding of events and fairs aimed at youth entrepreneurship, where initiatives created by the target audience of this public policy can be showcased.
