Abstract This Law establishes the State Policy for Young Entrepreneurship in the State of Pernambuco. The State Policy has the following objectives: develop strategies aimed at strengthening and developing actions for young entrepreneurs in Pernambuco; promote actions to consolidate youth entrepreneurship in the most varied areas of employment and management, such as: cultural, artistic, gastronomic, tourist, educational, civil construction, commerce, among others; create the normative bases for the constitution of a State Network for Micro and Small Young Entrepreneurs, in order to enable the exchange of experiences and ideas, development of supportive businesses for the economic strengthening of these segments; encourage the holding of events and fairs aimed at youth entrepreneurship, where initiatives created by the target audience of this public policy can be showcased.
