Entry into force notes

This Law will be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on 1 September 2013.

Resumen

This Law offically adopts all prescribed measures, requirements and standards part of the Regulation (EU) no. 528/2012 of the European Parliament and Council concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products (2.02.2012).
