Resumen

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Burgenland Plant Protection Law (LGBl. 32/1995). In particular, it rewords article 2 concerning definition of terms; article 4 dealing with transportation and stocking of plant protection products; article 5 on assignment of controlling tasks; inspection of plant protection tools; article 8 laying down provisions concerning control of the enforcement of the present Law; article 8a on provisions dealing with measures to be adopted whenever plant protection products have not been used in a proper way; duty to report. The present Law adds also article 13 relating to implementation of EU-directives.
