Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Resumen

Article 10.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Dietary foodstuffs and food additives shall be subject to assessment for compliance with the requirements set forth by the current legislation, and also advertising of substitutes for breast milk shall be subject to assessment for compliance with the requirements set forth by the current legislation”.
