An individual, a partnership or a corporation may apply for a licence. A licence document must specify the kinds of regulated horticultural product or products and the regulated export market or markets for which the licence is issued. The export efficiency body may impose a condition or conditions on a licence. Suspension and revocation of licences and monitoring of licences is regulated and conditions of licence are prescribed. The industry export control body may approve export efficiency programmes of a regulated horticultural product under section 15.
