Resumen

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to honey. It applies to: a) liquid, extracted, and granulated extracted honey, including pasteurized honey, packed in consumer containers; and b) all extracted honey packed in bulk containers. Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that all all honey to which this Regulation applies that is to be sold in Manitoba shall be sold pursuant to the Canada Agricultural Products Act. The text consists of 2 sections.
