Entry into force notes: The Law enters into force from the date of its official publication.

Resumen: Paragraph “c” of article 14 of the Federal Law FZ-68 of 1994 on protection of the population and of the territories from environmental and technological emergencies acquires a new wording: “To provide for creation, training and keeping ready for the use of force and means of the prevention and liquidation of consequences of emergencies and to carry out training of personnel of the organizations in the means of protection and actions in emergencies.” President and the Government are charged to conform their normative legal acts to the present Federal Law.
